Always on the lookout for suitable trees for the war game table, I ordered a large batch from a retailer in China. Guandong Province to be exact. The whole lot cost about £30 including postage and arrived only eight days later. There must close to 300 trees of various sizes and shapes in the package. I must say I am very pleased with them. I have placed a few on pennies, added some flock and I think they look the part.
I added some pale yellow and some burnt orange flock, to give the North American feel.
This last shot is included only to show the scale of some 6mm ACW troops next to the trees. The Sun has totally bleached out the colours, but hopefully you can get a size comparison. I will take better photographs at a later date.
Oh nice! What a great price too. 300 trees?!?! DAmn, I gotta have a look over on Ebay. Nice add Ian.

Thanks Kurtus, I was being a little over zealous in my estimation, actually about 200 trees, but all sizes and shapes so very pleased.

ReplyDeleteThanks Rod, not sure what I was getting until they arrived, excellent they are too. Various sizes and shapes, some suitable for 28mm as well as 6mm. Will buy from them again.
